Network education is the core of the modern educational informationization construction, and so is an important part of building lifelong education. From the traditional radio and TV teaching to the present teaching model on the basis of network platform informationization and intelligence, network education has been improved a lot by the technology development.Nowadays Network Teaching System provides convenience for autonomous learning and lifelong learning. But because the teachers and students are lack of communicating with each other, and the students don't sense teachers' body language in class, the teaching effects in class are not very good. For example, the teaching information is difficult to be transmitted on time, the cost of manpower and material resources is higher, and the students are short of related resources for autonomous learning.First, in order to construct interactive network teaching platform and to solve the technical difficulties in the current network teaching very well, and to develop interactive teaching system with low cost and high efficiency, after much research and analysis.this article discusses how to construct the function framework and technical framework on the basis of FMS ( Flash Media Server's) interactive teaching system.Secondly, on the FMS platform, and combining with Flex, Java EE advanced development technology, in interactive teaching system there are six core function modules with video teaching, on-line answering, learning exchanges, electronic whiteboard, notice the notification, and video-on–demand. This article analyzes them in detail and makes a reasonable proposal.Then, this article analyzes and designs the functional modules repeatedly, gives the core code of the relevant procedures, describes the modules'function model, tests a series of models and achieves good results. The realization of the functions supplies theory and technical support for constructing interactive teaching system of FMS and offers a low-cost, high efficiency and high quality solutions to solve technical problems in Web-based education. Finally, this article sums up the purposes of selecting the topic and its bright future. The research work of the article has some practical values in building up the sound interactive teaching system, information transmission and control as well as the development of related fields.
