SOA-based Product Structure Management System And Its Implementation

With the development of software technology,especially the appearance of Web Services,a new method was put forward and rapidly developed called SOA(Services-Oriented Architechture). It is Services-Oriented system architecture to the business enterprise system for the construction of units.One of its central ideas is to completely free themselves from enterpnse applications for technology solutions to the Shackles and easily cope with changes in enterprise business services,and development needs.The Product structure is the core concept surmounting the departments and management stages, and it is the bridge linking PDM system to other application part.Many information of enterprise production come from product strueture.Product Structure Management is one of the most important Parts in PDM system.For the purpose of research and development of the product structure management system,this paper researched the service-oriented architecture , and discussed some key technologies involed in building PSM system combined with product structure management techniques and SML techniques.Through the integration of SOA and the PSM, proposed the PSM system architecture based on SOA. At the same time, designed the function modules of the system combined with the actual needs of manufacturing enterprises. And achieve the main function of some functional modules of the system.The main research works of the paper include the following sections:1. Analysis of the important position of PSM technology in manufacturing applications combined with large amounts of data. Described in the product model PSM2. Discussed the best of the SOA implementation technology-Web Services after the introduction and analysis of the SOA.And researched its implementation process, create, release and deployment and client calls.3. Proposed a product family model based on SML by analyzing the product structure management technology in PDM.Use the deformational SML to management the product information integrately.4. Through the introduction of SOA integration, design of SOA integration with the PSM, and the PSM overall system architecture is designed based on SOA.5. Use .NET Framework, VB.NET language and SQL Server 2005 Database to develop SOA-based product structure management System, and achieved some of the functions.
