BCD process can be produced bipolar, CMOS and DMOS devices on a same chip, and made them learn from each other to play their own characteristics. Currently, BCD process technology is also main controlled by European, American and Japanese manufacturers, as well as Taiwan's, the Mainland of China has just started the research and production. So, it has great significance for BCD process technology research.This paper comes from H-bridge driver IC BCD process platform for the development and construction projects with a Institute of CLP Group's cooperationPapers starting from theoretical analysis, taking into account the compatibility of the whole circuit, in turn to determine the initial structure and parameters of each device, and gives simulation structure.Then, according to the basic parameters, combined with mathematics software Matlab and layout drawing software Virtuoso, the paper has been optimized VDMOS layout in layout design. It can be divide into three aspects, shape of VDMOS cell, polysilicon gate length and the best number of cell layouts. Specific on-resistance reduced about 30% than before by optimizing, increased current, enhanced power, the effect is obvious, achieved the purpose of optimization. Finally, tested the single-tube and combined simulation results to analyzed, and improve the program.This paper based on BCD process, designed a H-bridge motor driver circuit, circuit design starting from theory with the existing simulation and test results, the main test parameters meets the design requirements, the methods of design has a certain reference value for developing other BCD process.
