Today's world, the information globalization advances unceasingly, cultural marketability swift development, meanwhile the domestic market economic development's new tendency, promote the social culture to stress the commercialization in reforming, such situation urged the expense culture time already to arrive. Under such new environment, the Chinese feminine newspaper media is obtaining the excellent development opportunity, and also facing the many questions which"the growth"brings. Whether newspaper model, content design or the audience services, business management, the Chinese feminine newspapers are still in the"beginner"stage of imitation and exploration, and there should be a huge disparity with its ideal state. The face of mass media culture of consumption levels rising demand and increased competition between media, Chinese feminine newspapers have to seriously consider survival and reconstruction business strategies which depend on scientific development.This paper take the expense cultural research and other academic thoughts as the theory instruction, mainly adopts the empirical study method, and take Chongqing "New Female Newspaper" as the main object of study, discusses the business strategies of the Chinese feminine newspaper media under the new situation.End of the paper , summed up a few instructive from the innovative business strategies of the"New Female Newspaper"to the industry in the new situation. first of all, the innovation of management is a necessary method of breaking the bottleneck. Secondly, depend on the content drawing advertisement, can't put the cart before the horse. Thirdly, promote the development of the brand to expand business space. Fourth, strengthen the interaction with the"beauty-related economy"to create diversified media industrial chain. Fifth, in the management idea aspect, transform the idea which is"Caters to the readers"into the idea which is"anticipates the readers".
