| With the rapid development of modern urban cities, citizens are becoming more and more satisfied with their material environment. Yet, enjoying higher life quality and better living environment secured are becoming urgent need of modern citizens. With the inrush of migrant workers from suburban areas, the administration of the city is facing severe challenges. The feeling of security and the daily life of urban dwellers are inevitably affected by this big group of strangers coming and living with them in the same city. Especially, the worry for migrant criminals are torturing people's heart, migrant or permanent dwellers all the same. Migrant workers devote themselves to the development and prosperity of the city they get in, yet the public security situation are being affected by some black sheep amongst the migrant workers as well.Thus shapes new situation for urban personnel administration. Under such circumstances, to administrate city dwellers using information technology, and to choose the neighborhood which forms a relatively independent administration area, is a good way to control migrant worker crimes, and will make a harmonic neighborhood, a harmonic city, thus a harmonic society.In the Neighborhood Migrant Personnel Administration System discussed in this thesis, informatics means are used combined with RFID technique. Dwellers in the same neighborhood (especially migrant workers) are main subjects of our interest. Meanwhile, apartments where the migrant workers live are other objects to be administered. Public information are provided in this system, relating daily activities relating migrant workers. This RFID card based system can detect unauthorized intrusion, thus increase the sense of security of dwellers in the neighborhood. Dwellers' advices can be posted onto the system, which can help administrative department operate more effectively and make the neighborhood more lovely a place to live in. |
