Object-Oriented Analysis & Design, as a model for software development, is the most important basement and method of implementation that can construct a successful -, distributed enterprise system. It is modularization, encapsulation, imitation and reuse that make it possible to build the large distributed enterprise application system. It, however, is obligatory to implement software reusable in order to construct and deploy enterprise application system. Many new theories and methods have been put forward in software engineering. Among which, "software architecture", "domain analysis", "framework", "components" are the most representative. They are the most important directions for the software project. It is an effective approach to realize the idea of reusable software development with components technology. Components-Based Software Development is founded up the object orient. The encapsulation for the question and solution with components technology is completed on the higher abstraction level than that of object-oriented technology. This paper mainly discusses dissertate latest software engineering methods and technology specification, such as object-oriented domain analysis, software architecture, framework of software system, design pattern to realize system framework, and components implementation. Finally, This paper makes a study of Components-Baseed Software Development and reuse theory with the project of PBC: "Non-scene Supervise Analysis System". This paper tries to test how to apply component model, distributed three-tier framework, E.1B in practical project. Consequently, Based-Components Software Development and reuse theory could be extended and applied on the extensive scale.
