The automobile industry has made great contributions to the development of society and economy in our country,but at the same time, it also causes a lot of problems. Through the data acquisition, to master the operation of the vehicle is of great significance. According to mutiple requirements of vehicle data for people on different occasions, two schemes of field CAN bus vehicle data acquisition and remote wireless data acquisition based on OBD- II are proposed in this paper, and the further research is carried out.Firstly, the hardware integration of CAN field data acquisition system is determined. CANalyst- II analyzer is used as USB to CAN adapter,and the structure and function of DLL corresponding to the adapter are studied.Secondly, the software of CAN field data acquisition system CAN-DBCManager has been developed. The structure and function of DLL are called by JNA, and the data acquisition is realized. Using Java to analyze the logical relationship between Node, Message, Signal and their important attributes, complete the analysis of DBC protocol. According to the specification of the protocol, the analytic function from information frame to the corresponding signals has been defined. The module and the interface prototype of the software are designed, that is, the software has the function of checking DBC database protocol, the field collection of information frame and analysis of the corresponding signals, and the playback of history information frame.Thirdly, based on the B/S architecture, J2 EE platform and MVC model, remote wireless data acquisition system based on OBD- II has been developed. Through JavaScript API of Baidu map, the vehicle dynamic positioning and track playback and other functions are realized in the map module. Using Highcharts, data curve and virtual gauge for monitoring of vehicle are displayed. Using the Oray, mapping from network IP to the domain name has achieved.At last, the simulation and real vehicle experiment of the data acquisition system is completed. Through the CANalyst- II analyzer, using VN1640 A and CANoe to simulate data source, the simulation of CAN data field collection system is carried out. Combined with the real vehicle experiment, the feasibility of CAN data acquisition system was verified. Carry out real vehicle test of remote wireless data acquisition system based on OBD- II. Using the vehicle terminal to send data, server side successfully obtains state information that includes GPS of vehicle.
