The application and management of the coal-sale tickets on the basis of handwork have formed a complete management system, which establishes the foundation of further strengthening the management of coal marketing. However, as the rapid development of computer and communications technology, e-ticket and net-ticket will be the inevitable developing trend. At present, in face of mass data, the handwork way of processing coal-sale tickets has abuses, such as heavy workload of workers, inefficiency, high error rate, and fraud.In cognizance of the flaws and limitations which exist in current coal-sale ticket, the dissertation introduces the entire design of the coal-sale tickets system and the functions of its sub-system by software engineering theory, database technology, object-oriented technology and embedded technology and so on. The researches can be summarized as follows:First of all, based on the detailed research of the coal mine business, the current situation, structure and user requirements of the enterprise e-ticket are analyzed, then the chief modules of billing management, billing quantity, check and recycle, issue basis, certificate management and so on are sequentially set and the corresponding system function-tree and the Conceptual Data Model are built up.Secondly, in cognizance of the large data sets and the needs for quickly data retrieval, Microsoft SQL Server 2000 is selected as database management system, and the Physical Data Model of the system are given.Finally, according to the distribution characters and the operation needs of the system, the three-tie web application program architecture that based on .NET is brought in. The design and realization process of the coal-sale tickets management system(sub-system) are elaborated. Meanwhile the application of WES [1] (Windows Embedded Standard) in use of embedded coal mine tickets-control machine is elaborated.This article discusses the entire process of the design and implementation of the coal-sale tickets management system. The system has the following characteristics: The unified system formed by multiple sub-systems maximizes the e-ticket work-flow, reduces manual manipulation, and improves work efficiency; The humane work-flow designing make users feel comfortable, reduce the chance of making a mistake; The adoption of advanced Web technology, shorten the compare and check cycle of the system, and speed up the rate of system statistical analysis, thereby according to which the leaders can make right decisions.
