At the moment, the coal mine of our country is the industry that has a high risk and a high danger. The geological condition of this coal mine is very complex. The environmental condition of this coal mine is very poor. The worker of the coal mine has a higher intensity of labor and the coal mine has a higher accident probability. The most active cell of the coal mine enterprise is the team of the coal mine, so all of the work of managing safety production of the coal mine enterprise implement to the team of the coal mine. The system of whole process management team can manage the safety manager, the team worker and the team work process. This system also can strengthen the coal mine team’s safety management and improve the level of safety management.This paper is derived from the management system of the coal team whole course which is developed by the company of ShanXi HeXinJiYe and the group of ShanXi JiaoMei. The main job of this paper is to design and implement the underground function of the system, develop a kind of intelligent embedded terminal.Focus on working characteristics of the coal mine production team, this paper has carried on the demand analysis of team in coal mines of the whole production process by the idea of modern software engineering. This system is divided into several function modules such as report during working, shifting of duty management, the underground plan of management and so on. Then this paper finishes the design of overall and database of this system. This paper realizes all of the functions of this system using the technology of Java, and it also testes this system. At last this paper summarizes the most important work of this paper. This paper also put forward some ideas to improve this system of this paper.So the project adopts agile development methods in the process of design and implementation. This method can sped up the development progress of this project, and it can also avoid the risk in the process of iteration.It can give full play to the role of the internet for the coal mine enterprise using this system. This system also plays a supporting role for the management of the coal mine, and it can timely help leadership make accurate decision. This system can provide determining the safety goals of the stage work with reference. This system also can provide a basis for the dynamic inspection of the organization safety quality. This system can reduce the incidence of coal mine safety accidents. This system can strengthen the safety management of the coal mine’s team, it helps the static safety management become dynamic management, and the passive safety management become active management. This system can realize the information and networking of the safety management of the coal mine enterprise, and improve the reliability of safety production of the coal mine.
