With the trend of global economic integration, network e-commerce systems, office automation systems and various business management systems have been applied to various fields of industrial production and the national economy. Digitization, network and informatization of management have gradually become one of the most important signs to measure the advanced management level and overall strength of enterprise. In the context of current global energy crisis, the coal industry as important pillar industries for national economy, introduces the advanced management ideas and models, implements digitization, network and informatization of production and management, which not only improve efficiency and management level of production, but also promote the development of related industrial chain. Therefore, the study of networked production and management systems promotes national development in various industries and social progress.Based on the actual project of large-scale cross-regional coal group enterprise,. and depended on the business needs of network coal transportation & sale integrated management, key technologies and development methods of coal transportation & sale integrated management systems are studied in this dissertation, including multi-tier architecture system, popular application framework, mechanism of Java Virtual Machine, agile development methods and system design and implementation etc. Through the system development and implementation:J2EE layered architecture makes low level of coupling between the levels, and replacement of levels does not affect the performance of the codes. The introduction of design patterns and frameworks enhances the system complex in degrees, reduces the complexity of maintenance and improves overall system performance. Applications of Java Virtual Machine mechanism provide a relatively stable system environment for establishment of J2EE platform. Agile development thinking mixed human factor into systems development, which adapts to user demands, and is conducive to rapid development, conforms the principles of software engineering. System is independent of platform and Level which can achieve user needs and R & D targets.Except system development tasks, key technologies and development methods in this dissertation can be applied to various types of network integrated management system, especially the system architecture and module can maximize reuse to the mining industry transportation & sale systems. Network coal transportation & sale integrated management systems which not only creates a highly efficient and accurate information management platform, but also provides technical maintenance for the system stability, security and extended protection.
