With the trend of globalization intensified, competition among enterprises isgradually converted into the supply chain. Supply Chain Management (SCM) ispaid common attention by enterprises and scholars home and abroad.However, the research of SCM more focuses on one enterprise and itsinside. For the Integrated Supply Chain Management (ISCM) among enterprises, itinvolves too many enterprises and difficult to implement. Moreover, the study is notin-depth, and lack of support for the practice. But, with the development ofmanagement, more and more enterprises need to develop and implement ISCMsystem. On the other hand, the rapid development of information technology andlogistics technology laid the foundation for the ISCM system. Consequently it’stheoretical and practical to research and develop the ISCM-based information system.First of all, this paper reviews the development of domestic and foreignISCM theory and research status, and classifies it from industry, research perspective,scope, methods. Then analyze the current implementation status of ISCM system andthe existing problems. It considers that the ISCM-enterprise system more easilyimplemented successfully with the lead of the core enterprise. The paper discusses theimplementation of ISCM system by the design and development of Design&Development of SINOPEC Logistic IS of Coal Based on ISCM.This article is mainly to solve the following issues:First, the unity of the management system. On the basis of ensuring the unity of thecore cost management processes to meet a variety of special needs of different users.Second, the system has high flexibility and adaptability. With the implementation ofthe system, coal logistics cost management continue to achieve precise control.Third, the system has a higher operating ease of use. To prevent the increasedworkload due to the complex processes lead to the use of this system.Fourth, the use of the system to reflect the superiority of IT to ensure the statisticalwork automatically, quickly and accurately. On the one hand, the research in the paper laid the foundation for SINOPECand the related enterprises to use the information system. On the other hand,it provides the reference for other suppy chain enterprises to developand deploy the ISCM system.
