Design And Implementation Of The Coal Sale System Based On ASP.NET Technology

China has abundant coal resources. Coal is also called "black metal." Large andsmall coal mines emerge all over the country, which involves a coal sales problemrequired to pay attention. With the development and progress of the times, coal saleshave become complicated, how to find the most suitable sales mode is verysignificant.Traditional coal sales management focused on artificial mechanical operations,the efficiency of management is relatively lower, and the quality is not good enough.Thus, it may ultimately cause management confusion, buyers and sellers select eachother randomly, and sales productivity is not difficult to imagine. Therefore, a goodmanagement system is a necessary condition for coal sales.Base on the investigation of coal sales system and analysis for the traditionalway of selling, we design the coal sales system based on ASP.NET. The systemexploit SQL Server2012as the database develop technology, Microsoft visual studio2010as a development platform, and design with UML Unified Modeling Language.Thus, it ensures the accuracy of data related to coal sales, and we can update data inreal time and understand their development situations.After analysis, the system includes three types of users, namely individual users,business users and administrators. Individual users can view information aboutsupplier of coal enterprise, such as stocks, the price of coal, coal sales contracts andbusiness locations, etc.; upload their own information, such as coal demand, location.Administrator can manage personal and business information. In short, different usershave different rights; carry on coal trading within their controls. We divide system function into quotation management, billing management,order management, shipping management, receipt management, inventorymanagement, mail management, contract management, and financial management.Order management denotes making contracts with users in accordance with theirdemands; summarizing all contracts, and then managing them from the whole. Thesystem can be categorized in line with the distance ordering site and categories ofordering. Order management, customer management, report management, andresource management are main order management components. Deliverymanagement is required to sell coal resources to customers; it is the ultimate goal ofbusiness. Contract management is an important part of sales management. Contractslike as vouchers, which are the best proof of the transaction. Mail managementoperations and the usual e-mail operations have some similarities in the Trash, Drafts,interstellar mail and so on. The difference between them is that only communicationin buyers and sellers.
