Throughout the ages,the teacher-student communication is thought and explored. Since the beginning of the 20th century, an uncountable number of educators and thinkers in the world has already payed attention to the importance and particularity of the interact between teacher-student, and has inreasing found it has immediate effect on the quality of education and the develop of teachers and students that the effect of the teacher-student communication.To achieve the strategy of developing the country by relying on science and education, the state had adopted a series of measures to expand the enrollment of students since 1999, to move into the popularization of higher education until 2010. The direct result of the college expansion was the surge in the number. Compared with the elite education, the increment of teachers was far below that of students, making the opportunity to communicate between students and teachers was gradually decreasing. It leaded to the education had a change, especially the dissimilation of the teacher-student communication that the importance of the teacher-student communication could not be concerned.This study focused on the teacher-student communication in colleges in Web2.0 environment. Therefore, the key to this thesis was building platform for communication between teachers and students in colleges using the advantages of the Web2.0. To explore the Web2.0-based pattern of the teacher-student communication by combing the character and advantage of the Web2.0 and theories of the teacher-student communication, sorting out its problems by the on-site interview to analyze the current situation in the network environment, combining the advantages of Web2.0. And based on this pattern to propose the Web2.0-based platform modal of the teacher-student communication, and to design function modules, then introduce briefly the realization of the platform.This study focused on the teacher-student communication in colleges in Web2.0 environment. Therefore, the key to this thesis was building platform for the teacher-student communication in colleges using the advantages of the Web2.0. To explore the Web2.0-based pattern of the teacher-student communication by combing the character and advantage of the Web2.0 and theories of the teacher-student communication, combing the discovery in the cource of the teaching and the on-site interview to investigate and analyze the past problems of the teacher-student communication, further analyzing the current situation in the network environment, combining the advantages of Web2.0, and basing on four modals of Web2.0 of the teacher-student communication: interaction communication modal of based on the Real-time in the Web Chat System, appreciation and acceptance in the Blog, the BBS culture, and the E-mail, then proposing the Web2.0-based platform modal of the teacher-student communication, designing the module of communication, resources and management, and then introduce briefly the realization of the functional modules.
