| In the long historical process,the form and connotation of teacher-student communication were constantly changing,media played an important role in it.Nowadays we should focus on the media’s influence on the research of teacher-student communication.As the latest organization of communication media,we mediahas important influence on the teacher-student communication in the university.However,domestic studies about the teacher-student communicationin universities in we-media era are not found temporarily,foreign related researcheshave focused on qualitative research methods,and more emphases on the positive factors.This research adopts literature method,method of structureinterview,non-participant observation,questionnaire method and so on,combining qualitative research methodsand quantitativeresearch methods,trying to make a comprehensive presentationand depth analysis on the changes of teacher-student communication in the university in we-media era.The communication characteristics in we-media era embodies in the characteristics such asconvenience,equality,humanization,uncertainty and so on,which are greatly different from that in traditional media era.The new changes of the teacher-student communicationin universities in we-media era are mainly for the following four aspects: Firstly,the component of utilitarian motivation of the teacher-student communicationin universities decreases,and the teacher-student communicationin universities shows the characteristic of altruism.Secondly,the component of the non-practicalcontent of the communication between teachers and students in universities increases,and new elements such as graphic symbols are used as the external form of communication content;Thirdly,the method of the teacher-student communicationin universitiesembodies in the characteristic of clustering,and shielding phenomena are very common;Fourthly,the time and the space of the teacher-student communicationin universitiesembody in the characteristics of liberalization and fragmentation,the overall time of the teacher-student communication in universities increases.The application of we-media promote the span and depth of the teacher-student communicationin universities,and change the core value of the teacher-student communicationin universities,which deepen the core value of equality and toward the direction of educational development,and also challengethe authority of teachers in universities,embodying in that the content of we media information impact the authorityofteachers’ knowledge in the university,the source of we-media information and the dissemination of we-media information shake the image of teachers in the university,the blocking mechanism of we-media information weaken the trust in teachers in the university. |
