Now, along with mobile communication technology rapid development, mobile phone subscribers surge, mobile phone short message held as a value-added business phone also are spreading quickly.The generation of SMS, are quietly changing the traditional interpersonal mode, produce a kind of new social life style.With the rapid development of mobile phone short message in the campus life, it deeply affects the communication of university teachers and students. As a result of graduate student executes is instructors of the system, the graduate student and teacher relationship is a teacher and pupil mode of guiding relationships.They are both adults, they linked to each other more closely,their communication are more optionally and frequently, than the relationship between teachers and students in the undergraduate phase. SMS intervention in the process of communication between students and tutors, what it appeared that they are some new features and problems from graduate student and teacher's traditional communication mode, in the new era background and social transformation process.This paper through collecting SMS of teacher-student communication, selected the typical text messages, put the common teacher-student SMS divided into the following categories roughly and synthetically:one-to-one academic advising of teachers to personal graduates, one-to-one emotional communication between teachers and personal graduates, one-to-one coordination things of teachers and graduate representative, one-to-many the notice things of teachers and graduate representative and one-to-many regards blessing of teachers and personal graduates, by analyzing SMS phrase, fax process and effect, think that SMS exists some limitations in communication between graduate students and tutors. These limitations display in limiting the topic further discussed of teachers-students; teachers and students through contacts, cannot be completely overlooked the identity difference in real life; SMS as the intermediary that teachers and students associate, it cause the superficial relationship; The SMS different interpretations of teachers and students, it's very misleading.The problem result from the reason is various, basically have the following:SMS capacity small, and writing messages time far beyond information transmission speed, it virtually limits the academic topic further discussion between teachers and students; Teacher is the main tune of SMS communication between teachers and students, teachers'personality communication style affects the quality of teachers and students associates; In real life, there are differences in teacher-student experience horizon, identity and status aspects, teacher-student interaction are not equal, information is not symmetrical, students may not be able to open up to the teacher thoroughly; Different people have different meaning interpretation for the same symbol of mobile phone short message, text symbols obscure one's meaning, if message subject both sides is present, it very easy to cause the ambiguity.For the solutions to the problem from SMS communication between graduate students and tutors, this paper proposes that we should put mobile phone short message for the teaching management of teacher-student associates, so as to carry out education teaching activities effectively and information transfer; Teachers should pay attention to the tone and manner he used in text messages, guiding message communication direction, having a collaborative approach with students; The teachers and students associates should give priority to face-to-face communication, with SMS contact as the auxiliary, the really vitality of teacher-student relationship only in the face-to-face communication can be reflected; In the use of SMS,we should pay more attention to students'emotional expression, only by realizing the telepathic communication with students and spirit exchanges,we can better promote their development.The basic framework for paper:first collect daily phone text messages about communication between graduate students and tutors, select some SMS with educational value to study, which from microcosmic small events in teacher-student SMS communication, find possible problems in the use of mobile phone short message communication, excavat connotation and spirit that it contains, arouse people to reflect daily education behavior, and point out the reasons, try to put forward countermeasures to solve the problem, alter understanding about teacher-student SMS communication, in order to promote students'all-round development, establish good relationship between teachers and students.
