Follow the principle of software development, this thesis gives the system's entire systems analysis, design and realization of the process, including needs analysis, analysis and design of the functional module, analysis and design of the data module, and finally the system can be achieved. The thesis expresses as a result that the TSC vehicle management system movement stability, safety, easily maintenance, strong applicability and obtains the effect of customer's satisfaction.
