It makes the interaction easier as e-mailing using XML to unite all the forms within different DBMS.The writer participated in the accomplishment on the sub-system during the first-phase development. The safety information management module on operating vehicle functioned into four parts as follows:the safety management, the maintenance management, the transportation services management and the inspection management. Functioned as the most important media, the data exchanging platform make it real that information from different locations or departments can be interactive referring to a mapping file came out from itself. Additionally, this makes the use of the data more efficient.Demonstrated by HeFei bus-company, all the problems found in this field are effectively resolved. Due to the support of the related section it has been extended generally. Base on the huge potential of this market it will bring about considerable economy profits.
