With the growing popularity of information technology, more and more enterprises begin to promote the information construction of the business within the enterprise, which also includes logistics enterprises. Logistics enterprise information will focus on warehousing management and distribution management business, the introduction of the information system to effectively reduce the operating costs of the property business, improve the efficiency of. But the vast majority of logistics enterprises are not on the transport of vehicles to carry out the process of transport management, the full responsibility of the driver, which is also the cause of the accident of the logistics enterprise transport vehicles. In view of the above defects, the logistics enterprises' decision to introduce the transport vehicle safety management system to realize the monitoring of the implementation of the transport vehicle distribution process.This paper mainly focuses on the design of logistics transport vehicle safety management system and implementation of discussion, focuses on the analysis of each module of logistics and transportation vehicle safety management system mainly includes five parts, vehicle alarm management, vehicle monitoring, vehicle parameter analysis, the basic information management and system maintenance etc.. In the construction process, the main work is done as follows:(1)The system supports automatic alarm, when transport vehicles appear dangerous driving behavior, such as speeding vehicles and vehicles in an illegal area, can automatically send alarm to the monitoring center, the staff view, and take measures to remind the driver, reduce the probability of vehicle accident.(2)In the system of vehicle networking technology, and the data of the vehicle and the monitoring center are transmitted by the GPRS network, the monitoring center receives the data after the statistical analysis.(3)The vehicle scheduling management system through the analysis of the data collected will be sent to the real-time dispatching command vehicle terminal,and unified monitoring, real-time scheduling of transport vehicles, effectively increasing the capacity of logistics enterprises.At present, the logistics enterprise transport vehicle safety management system has been built, and the application of. Can be used to replace the existing logistics enterprises in the existing vehicle management mode, to achieve the logistics enterprise transport vehicle safety management business online and standardization.
