The Design And Implementation Of Municipal Health And Anti-epidemic Departments’ OA System Based On S2SH+ExtJS Framework

With the assistance of computer software technologies and network platform,automatic or paperless office system becomes trendy in Network Age. However, it hasbeen one of the difficulties in constructing a management system for such reasons asthe complexity and abundant information support in system design, diverse positionsand personnel, a cumbersome and dynamic processing procedure, etc.In view of the absence of efficient and proper OA system in the municipaldepartments of health and epidemic prevention of Fujian, the project takes LongyanHealth and Anti-epidemic Department as an example, and aims at developing amunicipal health and anti-epidemic departments’ vaccine OA management systembased on an integrated S2SH framework. It is because the new S2SH framework is anefficient and light-weight solution to solve the problems appeared in J2EE framework.Adopting the MVC model, this system integrates Struts2+Spring＋Hibernatedevelopment framework, attempting to make full use of Struts2’s processingadvantages on the presentation layer and control layer, Spring’s advantages ontransaction logic level and Hibernate’s advantages on data persistence layer for thepurpose of improving the development’s the efficiency, reducing coupling andenhancing the maintenance and expansion of the system. At the same time, with theadoption of ExtJS technology in system pages, the efficiency of Web page access hasgreatly increased, and the users have a more enjoyable actual experience.Combining a practical project, this project discusses the main principles andintegration technologies of various S2SH frameworks in detail from several aspectsincluding system analysis, module design, database design, system implementationand so on. The main contents are as follows:1. An Introduction to the framework of Struts2, Spring and Hibernate as wellas principles, core functions and shortcomings of ExtJS technology.2, Considering the actual management work of municipal sanitation andantiepidemic station and its various subordinate units, this chapter analyzes the current vaccine management methods, business process, existing problems and, with areference to the ideas and methods of advanced office automation, provide an overalldesign proposal of the system under ExtJS technology and S2SH framework.3. This chapter expounds the detailed process of vaccine management,explaining the design and implementation of the process in every link of vaccinemanagement and circulation, dividing them according to their different roles,ultimately hoping to achieve multi-level authorities management and an automaticand informationalized business process. Meanwhile, the design of SMS platformimproves work efficiency.4. The last chapter gives a test and summarization of the system, and proposesa forecast to the future research.
