Billing management and monitor system of China Telecom Corporation Xinjiang Ltd is a construction project of a set of quasi-real-time system.It is designed to monitor various weak nodes on term. It lasted for about half a year from advanced need's analysis to successful on-line implementation.Since it was put into use, it has been improving the availability of IT systems, and ensuring the stable operation of IT systems.The main framework of the system is written by Java language. It has a good cross-platform nature, good support for distributed deployment and higher securing the application server. It accesses information by using of Telnet, SSH, JDBC and some other connectivity pattern. At the same time, the system has introduced BeanShell language to ensure the system scalability. It improves the system scalability and core applications stability effectively. The system uses Oracle as the application data storage, which effectively guarantees the healthy and stable operation of the system. Taking into account the various telecom's operators are between inside and outside corporate networks , the alarm module using WebLogic's JMS server as a bridge between the Internet and the system. The control module sent the corresponding alarm Information to the JMS server via XML format. JMS server, using the resolution, puts the corresponding alarm messages to the appropriate warning message recipients.In the system configuration, it uses parameters to set most of the properties of the system to ensure the system have the most flexibility and scalability.To make the system more flexibility in the design did not address all the relevant business, the more is to consider a system running at the periphery level. In order to reuse the code as far as possible, the subsystems use same set of public libraries, same configuration file template; the password in the configuration file has been encrypted by the MD5 Algorithm, which can guarantee the system more secure, but also improve the reusability of various types of port connections.The project is led by strong support through the efforts of all parties and finally was successful on-line, put into use.
