China's 10 years of development of internet tells us that because of the lack of enduring business models,single literature sites have no vitality:member chargeable service is alien to get-it-for-nothing in network economy;the value of online advertising has a greatly reduced quality because the audience of literature sites can not consume the product of these online advertisements. Shengda literature in Shanda Interactive Entertainment Limited created a new situation in busniness model because of the copyright. Shengda literature is maybe a C2C platform for writers.The writers make content and get profit. But for copyright, Shengda literature is more like a B2B platform. By single production, multiple development, transfer of copyright and cooperation, the core product of Shengda literature——the original net work literature was transformed to movies, animations and games and achieve the value of copyright resources maximization.Text consists of three parts:The first part is three stages--the related background of Shengda literature, a detailed introduction, operation system of copyright literature. And Qidian Chinese site played an important role in the development of original network literature website and the development of Shengda literature. There was no Qidian, there is no profit model of the original network literature and no Shengda literature.The second part is the core, which is exposition of business strategy in the development of Shengda literature. The most important part is that Shengda reuse the copyright of original network literature. Besides, E-book strategy,3G strategy are exposited. And why Shengda literature has great-leap-forward development was analyzed. At last, I outlook the new business strategy of Shengda in future.The third part is my suggestions of the problems in future. Anyway, from Shengda, China media will do what and how to do, I proposed my opinions.
