Study On The Exploitation Of Network Literature Copyright

This paper analyzed the current situation of the network literature copyright industry by combining Case analysis and Qualitative analysis,And use the theories of communication and economics study the value of network literature copyright.To analyzing the factors of copyright value assessment based on the communication and intangible asset appraisal theory.For the exploitation of derivatives,this paper use the long tail to explain the effect about derivatives and niche products.By analyzing the economic characteristic of copyright resources,learning the appropriate way to evaluate the value of copyright resources.So,basing on the development situation of network literature and using the Case analysis,It will broaden the way of derivatives market.When pay attention to the high quality copyright resources,don't forget the long tail market.Hoping our country quicken the lawmaking about the neighboring rights,enhanced copyright protection,meanwhile perfecting the copyright trading market.
