Public Library System Performance

Library institution has two meanings:on the one hand it is the library institution of social institutional arrangements, and on the other hand it is the library institution of professional norms. Public library institution is not only an institution, but also an institutional arrangement that ensures people's culture rights and social information fair. From the perspective of institutional economics, it discusses the characteristics, performance and purpose of public library institution efficiencies. On this basis, it puts forward some corresponding ontology strategies, concept strategies and practice strategies that improve the public library institution efficiencies.
