Modern media have changed the traditional way of production and dissemination of culture. Print-capitalism,the early modern media have been gradually replaced by electronic media. The way people getting information and even understanding the world have undergone tremendous changes. So someone said, our life is the time of images, and also is the era of the gods'Carnival. The early 20th century, the concept of audio-visual education came out in the field of education, projection, slid and film are the original manifestations in the teaching application,then the concept combined with audio-visual."Visual"means present images to learners, cognition was turned round to image once again.With the further development of electronic technology and digital technology, communication means of image are greatly changed in teaching. However, schools are puzzled with the phenomenon, parents are on the street, teachers are in a dilemma. Images, one of the cultural ways is affecting our life gradually, we just began to reflect on how education can in face of the image times.Analyzing of te current situations home and aboard, we found that the sduty of image communication integrated with education was sichs befinden the educational technology. We do not put enough power into issues of mass media and education, even to mention the influences of the image communication and the degree.The author gets down to the identity of image, then analysis the characteristics of the image, and utilizes the semiotic interpretation of the significances of the image. In the modern media environment, image as an old-line disseminator, it appears new significances. At the sametime, the author explores the advantages of the images as cognitive tools.School education should be concerned about the growth of learners, the author of the basic elements of education: school education environment, learners, teachers, depth analysis of the image of a school education. Summed up the modern media environment, school education and ecological change; image transmission to learners of a old and new cognitive tools. However, the image mode of transmission has brought fast-food type of media experience, impact on the formation of young people the values and accelerates the socialization of young people. Teachers as disseminators of information, take a "gatekeeper" role.In conclusion,this theise proposes corresponding strategies:From the perspective of the Legislative Management,we should strengthen the supervision of image communication;teachers'role of"gatekeeper";cultivating and improving the students'media literacy;developing teaching materials,handling the relationship between text and image correctly.
