General Secretary Jin Ping Xi put forward in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China that talents are strategic resources to realize national rejuvenation and win the initiative of international competition,to build a high-quality and professional cadre team,to emphasize the importance of training professional ability,professionalism,and to enhance the ability of cadres to meet the requirements of the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.For the archives business,the status of the subject of the archives profession also determines the basic status and development trend of the archives profession to a great extent.In April 2020,the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the State Archives Administration issued the Guidance on Deepening the Reform of the Professional Title System of Archives,which states that archives professionals,as an important part of China's professional and technical personnel,should adhere to the principles of law,scientific evaluation and use-oriented,and establish a system of professional titles for scientific evaluation,effective incentives,in line with the characteristics of the professional development of archives.In this context,it is of profound significance to study how to motivate the professional personnel of archives,mobilize their enthusiasm for their work,and make them better provide archival services to the public.This article can be divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction.Describe the background of research and the significance of selecting topics,explain the core concepts in detail,and clarify the research review,research methods,research content and logical links,research difficulties and main innovation points at home and abroad.The second part constructs a comprehensive incentive model for archival professionals.Firstly,the four variable factors of the comprehensive incentive model of archival professionals are introduced,the index system is extracted through literature research and questionnaire survey,and the index system is constructed,and the weight of incentive index at all levels is calculated by hierarchical analysis.The third part is the examination and revision of the comprehensive incentive model of archival professionals.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is mainly used to optimize the comprehensive incentive model.First design the inspection questionnaire,and then analyze the recovery questionnaire reliability,validity and scoring results,and finally improve the comprehensive incentive model according to the expert evaluation results and opinions.The fourth part is the application suggestion of the comprehensive incentive model for archival professionals.In the research and optimization of the comprehensive incentive model of archival professionals,try to summarize the experience of motivation,combine the evaluation results,and put forward some suggestions,including creating a good working atmosphere,paying attention to the career development planning of archival professionals,setting up professional performance evaluation team,reasonably setting up two-way target incentive,implementing reasonable salary incentive,exploring new ways of external incentive,constructing incentive feedback platform and perfecting the incentive-related system.The fifth part is the conclusion.This study hopes to provide ideas for the follow-up file professionals' motivation and give enlightenment to the optimization of the motivation of the archival professional subjects.
