Changan Ford Mazda Nanjing Company's Erp System To Improve The Planning And Implementation

Changan Ford Mazda Nanjing Company introduced Mazda manufacturing process, and its ERP system has based on Mazda existing system, the ERP system also adopted some Ford system to support Finance, Purchasing and Engineering. There still have some local system to support the rest area. Using different system interface, current ERP system runs for two years and meets the basic requirement from application point of view. At the same time, some issues have been presented due to improvement of business and growing of capacity.
