Changan Ford Mazda Nanjing Company introduced Mazda manufacturing process, and its ERP system has based on Mazda existing system, the ERP system also adopted some Ford system to support Finance, Purchasing and Engineering. There still have some local system to support the rest area. Using different system interface, current ERP system runs for two years and meets the basic requirement from application point of view. At the same time, some issues have been presented due to improvement of business and growing of capacity. If the issues can not be solved, the risks will be exposed and will become the obstacle for company operation in the future.This article studies Changan Ford Mazda Nanjing Company existing system, and analyzes the issues. Following project management process, it uses some tools such as WBS, Matrix, Network Chart PERT to do the analysis. The contents include information system project management, Changan Ford Mazda Nanjing Company ERP status review, Changan Ford Mazda Nanjing Company ERP improvement proposal, implementation key point, expectation and conclusion. The relevant detail will be broken into issue collecting, key issue analyzing, understanding for the existing business process, system improvement proposal and implementation plan. An overall proposal for the system improvement including roadmap will be worked out to ensure business continuous growing. |
