Construction Of Centralized Fault Management System Of Inner Mongolia Mobile Company

As an effective means of the support for centralized communication system construction, operation and maintenance, centralized fault management system plays an important part for framework of network management supporting system technology. It provides a unified equipment monitoring, fault alarm management, alarm display and fault processing for all network management system. It can also realize the centralized fault management in the province as a unit, exert the advantage of centralization, protect perception of customers, adapt to the development of the network and new technology. To realize the effective implementation of the business oriented, customer oriented alarm monitoring; it can guarantee the stability of the communication network, and sustainable development.Since early no unified fault management system in China Mobile Ltd. Inner Mongolia, each element of the system according to the needs of their own to complete their fault and alarm monitoring and management. Monitoring system is existence of major issues of weak in management, site fault, uncontrollable alarm, and untimely positioning, large time delay. Because of the failure and the alarm has no global control, so that each system according to their own needs, to complete their own fault and alarm monitoring, causing unnecessary consumption of equipment resources. In 2014, in order to further strengthen the network management of fault and alarm monitoring and management system, to meet the requirements of the development of mobile business in Inner Mongolia, China Mobile Inner Mongolia Company launched the fault management system engineering. Now, the company let centralization fault management all include in the 12 League and City, has achieved remarkable results, by realizing the goal of the total company network management center on the region of alarm monitoring and fault processing and scheduling in whole autonomous region, and work unit directly send minimum first-line team.In this paper, we study the requirements analysis, construction implementation plan, assistant management system, management method and system running effect of Inner Mongolia mobile centralization fault management system comprehensively and systematically. It can realize the target of the centralized management of the alarm monitoring, the process of the work unit sending, and the standardization of the fault processing. The fault work units was directly sending by the autonomous region company to the front lined team of county or agency maintenance. The system realizes full professional alarm monitoring, inters professional and professional internal alarm correlation and preprocessing, and has the functions of performance monitoring, set off business monitoring, network operation survey and monitoring. It can support the line of production, improve the accuracy of alarm work unit dispatching, improve the efficiency of the work unit, and front-line personnel fault processing.
