With the wide application of the Internet of things in the workshop production,the demand for monitoring and management of the workshop site is becoming more and more high.In view of the shortcomings of traditional workshop monitoring and early warning,this thesis researched the method of data driven virtual workshop monitoring and fault alarming.Then we constructs a highly realistic and three-dimensional monitoring system with early warning capability which realized the real-time monitoring and management of workshop production process.The main contents of this research are the following:(1)Analysing the characteristics of workshop data under the circumstance of the IOT,researching the acquisition technology of IOT workshop manufacturing data,such as data collection based on RFID technology,OPC technology,and introduces its working principle.After that,a real time acquisition scheme for workshop data in the environment of Internet of things is proposed,which provide the data source for the research in the following chapters.(2)Researching the digital twin 3D virtual monitoring platform based on digital workshop with the concept of digital twin.On this basis,the construction process of virtual workshop visualization is discussed in detail,and the modeling process based on data driven model is elaborated.The human-machine interaction mode of workshop virtual monitoring system is studied,and the real-time rendering of workshop production process is realized.(3)On the basis of virtual workshop monitoring system,fault warning method of workshop equipment is studied.Because of the complexity of the workshop environment,we select the way of PCA for workshop equipment fault warning.Based on the related principle and algorithm of PCA,proposed the process of getting the PCA model.Finally,the feasibility of the method is verified by the application of an example.(4)Based on the above key technology research,a virtual monitoring prototype system is designed and developed.The overall framework of the system is designed,and the functional elements of the system are elaborated.Finally,the functions of the system are realized.
