Based On Uml Focus On Project Management And Assessment Of Cadres System Design And Realization

In recent years, the main trend "information" promotes social progress, at the same time greatly stimulates the government information construction craze. According to the strategic requirement of establishing and improving supervision system of government investment project, through getting improvement from management theory of international advanced projects, to research important projects and supervise theoretical system of information system, overall framework, index system and key technology, to develop new system software which can meet whole project process supervision needs and do management and assessment of personal working achievements related to project. It is very active in promoting smooth process of important project, solving existing problem of project in time and enhancing the development strength of key project.The subject of thesis supported by Huai'an Municipal Organization Department is conducted as a pilot program managing important projects in Huai'an and evaluating cadres' service condition for projects. The preceding half part of the thesis stresses to study.NET-related distributed technology, service-oriented architecture and Unified Modeling Language. The technologies have their own strengths, but also have certain suitable applications. The thesis makes a study of all these technologies and does comparison and analysis, which provides basis and foundation for technology choice in actual development work. Using UML to the Key project management and Cadres system needs analysis, use case model, analysis and design model; describes how to use UML for the system from different perspectives to analyze, design and implementation to provide strong support. The latter half of the thesis detailed the specific development work. The system work is mainly to discuss system problems deeply and in details and provide solution after actual investigation, through analysis of the demand of key project management and evaluation management system for cadres.The main results of the thesis are listed as below:1. Conduct a needs analysis for key project management and cadres'evaluation and design system hierarchical structure which conforms to system characteristics.2. Conduct needs analysis, use case modeling, static structure and dynamic behavior modeling and physical model on the basis of UML.3. Realize the function of each system module, simultaneously finish system software testing work.
