Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Project Management Platform

With China's accession to the WTO and the arrival of the era of mobile Internet,the scale of enterprises has been developed rapidly,the demand of users is growing and diversified,and the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more fierce.For enterprises,the ultimate goal is to obtain considerable benefits.Because of the competition in the industry and user preference,many enterprises are getting lower and lower benefits,or even going to the edge of bankruptcy.Based on this background,data analysis intelligence,document storage information,management efficiency and report statistics automation have become the challenges faced by traditional small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises.In order to solve the problems faced by enterprises,the intelligent enterprise project management platform based on B/S mode can be used to help enterprises realize the green environmental protection paperless project management,intelligent report,information-based document storage,collaborative work in different places,real-time monitoring of production progress,automatic data analysis,timely task reminder,and various departments through different authority settings.The branch can perform its own duties and handle its own affairs in an orderly manner,which can not only get rid of the situation that the traditional paper-based processing of projects is mostly and the processing time of project process is delayed,but also can further improve the management efficiency of enterprises and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the same industry.Therefore,we designed and implemented a project management platform for traditional small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises based on workflow and functions.The main modules: new project,project implementation,project completion,after-sales service and business reminder.The innovations of this paper are as follows:(1)Using web technology to independently develop a new enterprise level project management platform,which realized the modules of project construction,project implementation,project completion,product after-sale and tasks reminder.(2)Using j Query + CSS + HTML technology,this paper designed an enterprise specific style,and used dynamic loading to display and hide search conditions in the search bar.In the navigation bar,the new features of CSS3 were used to dynamically control the expansion and contraction of the navigation bar,and dynamically expand or narrow the data loading area.(3)According to the bottleneck encountered in the development process,this paper proposed a method to simplify the handwritten SQL.Based on the comparison and verification with several existing production SQL schemes,the method proposed in this paper adopted the lazy loading mechanism,with less redundant code,less CPU and memory consumption.When slow query occurred,we can easily optimize the SQL factory with high efficiency,which was very suitable for Development of this platformAt present,the platform had been deployed,basically meeting the needs of the enterprise,and running well.
