With modern building height increasing, the construction lift occupies a pivotal position in the construction industry, which saves a considerable amount of time for the workers. The construction lift is a powerful tool to improve the construction industry labor productivity. As the modern industrial and technological development, more and more high-rise buildings and types of construction lifts are demand for the construction industry. This also accelerates the development pace and application of the construction lift, so that construction lift have nature safety and sound controllability and become an indispensable main force in the construction of high-rise building.But the safety level of construction lift is not able to improve not only threatens people's safety and health, but also the casualties caused by the event of an accident are more severe. Therefore, in order to design safety machines, designers must conduct a risk assessment of the accident and discuss measures to eliminate or reduce risks. Namely the designers use the risk assessment conclusions to propose reasonable and feasible safety measures to eliminate or reduce the risk of dangerous, so that construction lift equipment could reach the maximum acceptable level of safety. In the equipment service risk assessment, the aim is quantify the level of safety construction lift for the sector of safety management to make classification management, supervision and inspection with enterprises to adopt appropriate protective measures. The study on a systematic construction lift safety evaluation theory and evaluation techniques can prevent major accidents and have important social significance and application which for realization of the nature of the product safety, especially in the event of construction lift accident which is bound to be significant.The traditional fault tree analysis method only consider the various effect factors of uncertainty in the randomness of lift safety assessment, but the existing construction lift equipment safety evaluation study quantitatively evaluate polymorphism. So that non-monotonicity problem can not be resolved in fault tree analysis method. The Bayesian network method and fault tree analysis method are compared. Based on the fault tree analysis method, Bayesian network method is proposed to analyze the level of lift safety, and detail the process of fault tree analysis method turning into the Bayesian network. Mechanical safety assessment analysis of Bayesian network model is established and based on mechanism of mechanical safety assessment. To analyze uncertain factors existed in the event of the possibility of construction lift cage falling accident can cause personnel injury, combined with the advantages of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method can objectively analyze uncertain factors, the key 2 level guideline system is established, and then analyze to reduce the weight of factors of injuries and discuss ways to reduce the harm caused by the accident.
