Nowadays, Environmental pollution has become a more and more serious problem human beings confront. However, effective steps against pollution cannot be taken until the practical state of environmental pollution is found out. Thus, the state of environmental pollution must be evaluated precisely and objectively. In order to assess the agricultural environmental quality of collecting sites all around china objectively and efficiently, a software of a new generation for agricultural environmental quality evaluation -- Environmental Analysis and Evaluation System for Ministry of Agriculture is developed. In Environmental Analysis and Evaluation System, dynamic BP neural network and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model are used to evaluate the pollutant state of soil, air, irrigation water, as well as macro environment all around china. Environmental Analysis and Evaluation System, so to speak, is a typical combination of computer software technology and environmental quality evaluation, as well as a typical application of BP neural network, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and computer technology in environmental quality assessment. This essay, generally speaking, is focused on that system.This essay falls into six chapters. In the first chapter, functions of that system, as well as purpose of developing the system is simply discussed. In the second chapter, the process of choosing theoretical models for the system is introduced. In the third chapter, dynamic BP neural network model, the use of dynamic BP neural network model in environmental quality evaluation, and the realization of that model in Environmental Analysis and Evaluation System is illustrated elaborately. In the fourth chapter, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, the application of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model in environmental quality assessment and the realization of that model in Environmental Analysis and Evaluation System is illuminated in detail. In the fifth chapter, the evaluating results of Environmental Analysis and Evaluation System on practical sampling data is analyzed, and viewpoints of the author is proposed. In the last chapter, fruits achieved till now are summarized, and the prospect of future work is put forward.
