Safety evaluation is a modern means of safety management. The status of power supply enterprises is completely evaluated in order to find hidden safety problem ahead of time, correct the defect and consolidate the foundation of producing safety in time.With the adjustment of the standard of the power supply enterprise's safety evaluation and the improvement of the environment of the network, the traditional manual management and the single computer management is not suit for the need of current managemen. The importation of advanced computer network technology into safety evaluation makes the content and procedure of safety evaluation software modularity and informational. This changes the static management into dynamic management, and it is helpful to improve the management level of safety. The system is the network edition of Elevtric Power Supply Enterprise Safety Evaluation System for the Electric Power Corporation of GuYuan.At first this paper introduces some basic concepts about safety evaluation, such as the definition, function, significance and the methods of it. At the same time, the paper has given a brief account of the development of safety evaluation at home and abroad. And then the paper introduces the characteristic, significance and the development of safety evaluation of the power supply enterprise. And based on the practice of safety evaluation of the GuYuan power supply enterprise, this paper tells us that it is necessary for the power supply enterprise to develop the safety evaluation.Based on summarization of the concept, structure, applicational field and the types of the expert system, the paper has given a detailedly account of the key technology used in the expert system. The characteristics and design priciples of the safety evaluation expert system of the power supply enterprise is analysed in this paper. On the base of these, according to the actual instance of the GuYuan power supply enterprise, this paper brings forward a whole frame design project of the safety evaluation system of the power supply enterprise.This system conforms to design rule of software project, and the whole system follows the design rule of decomposing the overall system from top to bottom and adopts distributed technology to carry out. The multilayer configuration which are independent and exchange the datas each other in the web is designed and the function module such as safety avaluation module and so on are designed and carried out in this system. The emphase of the paper is to introduce some intelligentize methods used in the expert system, and the paper uses the method of multi-stage fuzzy comprehensive evaluation in the safety evaluation of the power supply enterprise. This method combines the quality analysis and quantity analysis in safety evaluation for the power supply enterprise. The system has been applied in the safety evaluation for the Electric Power Corporation of Gu Yuan and achieved the anticipation aim.On the research, this paper deeply presents safety evaluation theoretics and its application in the power supply enterprise and brings forward the safety evaluation system based on WEB which is actualized by technology of expert system. Then fuzzy comprehensive evaluation used in specially safety evaluation of power supply enterprise is introduced in this paper. The research contents of this paper have practicality value for improving science and standardization level of the power supply enterprise safety management. At the mean time, the research of expert system and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and their application in the power supply enterprise safety management has the stated signification.on the theory research.
