Web-free Agricultural Products Certification Reporting System-based Research And Design

Agriculture is fundamental for human society. With the rapid growth of economy and updating in science and technology, agricultural technology is changing continually, agricultural productivity has been increased, and people now are enjoying the scientific and technological benefits. However, the produce safety is always reminding us that the increasing agricultural production should forever stay in line with the reduction of agricultural pollution. Healthy and green produce should be yielded. As a result, the institutions concerned should strengthen supervision over agricultural products, and complete the certification procedure of green produce. In order to improve the managerial efficiency, this paper will introduce a designed on-line system for certification of pollution-free produce.The pollution-free certification system is fully featured and includes several categories with complicated procedures. It consists of two systems: the application of pollution-free produce system and the management of pollution-free produce system. The pollution-free system includes application of pollution-free produce recognition, application of pollution-free agricultural products certification, application of pollution-free products reexamination, and application of certificate renewal of pollution-free products. There are many procedures in the system. In the design process, we achieve code reuse through public modules. The pollution-free management system consists of the followings: the revocation of certificates of pollution-free products base, revocation of certificates of pollution-free products, the management of inspection institutions, the management of inspectors, the management of pollution-free information, and the management of pollution-free icons.The author explains the design of the system in details. First, the illustrations of pollution-free agricultural products are discussed, and the pollution-free product standards are analyzed as well. Then, based on the pollution-free agricultural products certification system, the author discusses the demand analysis; functional designs, detailed designs, as well as the ways to achieve an in-depth and detailed description, and at the same time, the technology used in the system are described. Finally, the author gives the analysis of the system. The system can bring about convenience for the administrators of the pollution-free agriculture, and will enhance efficiency, strengthen the management of agricultural product safety inspection. At the same time, the system will give easy access to farmers and agricultural institutions to apply for certification of pollution-free produce.
