The huge population in our country puts agriculture in a position of great importance. Farmers are the information disadvantaged group in the whole economic system. The development level of Chinese rural areas stays backward for a long time, causing that most farmers lack the abilities to acquire and analyze market information. Farmers often choose to grow varieties which are selling well or having high profits at present.However, as a result of long agricultural production cycle, they often find that the market has changed by the time agricultural products came mature. Hot agricultural products suddenly turn into trouble this year,which may have been hard to sell difficulty in marketing or are not on the selling price any more. The outcome of 'Herd' phenomenon in planting and agricultural bumper harvests is that the agriculture product's output become greater than consumers' demand. It leads to the decline of agricultural products' price and even make products unsalable. All of the above have made a lot of farmers a year of hard work in vain. This paper focuses on finding a way to reduce the information asymmetry in agricultural planting process, and reduce the price change phenomenon of agricultural products production and demand lead to drastic changes, and let farmers have some income protection.First of all, this paper puts forward the C2C model, which is based on the direct connection between the farmers and the consumers. Then the importance of information transmitter has been analyzed as he is the tie between farmers and consumers. In order to avoid the unfairness of the information workers in the work, this paper uses the Gini coefficient to represent the impartiality of the work of the information workers, and puts it into the system of rewards and punishments. As agricultural products long production cycle is greatly affected by natural environment,information production information model in this study take high-quality pre-sale of agricultural products strategy to ensure farmers' income stability. This paper presents a rural forward and reverse logistics network mode of e-commerce platform and a multi-objective mixed-integer linear programming model for logistics network design, which solves the problem of asymmetry of traditional agricultural products wholesalers,retailers in circulation, high transaction costs and supply and demand information asymmetry. In this study, the improved multi-objective genetic algorithm has been used to find the optimal solution of this model,and take the Pinggu District of Beijing as an example to prove the validity of the model and algorithm. Finally, this paper describes the structure design of agricultural products supply and demand information platform, which provides a complete solution for agricultural supply and demand.
