Based On Iec61970 And Corba Electricity Enterprise Application Integration Platform

Power enterprises need a variety of applications,such as:EMS,DMS,MIS, customer service center system.Under normal circumstances,the systems are from different software companies and developed using different technologies, running on different platforms(hardware platform,operating system platforms).But the operation of enterprises as a whole,each system required it,therefore the data exchange interface between applications has become a major problem.So we proposed to establish a project in the CIM model,using CIS interface specification and based on CORBA.The power enterprise application integration platform based on CORBA technology and IEC 61970 CIM /CIS provide a reliable and stable data platform for data exchange of heterogeneous systems and different applications.In this issue,we designed a power enterprise application integration platform based on CORBA technology and IEC 61970 CIM / CIS.The platform can make other applications use SCADA data better,while ensuring network security of SCADA system.We have implementated the sharing of SCADA data based on CIM and historical data of PI,and we provide the CIM IML model files and service components follow the IEC 61970.The CIM / CIS server implementated in this issue can export the grid model from the SCADA server formated in CIM XML.We can generate power grid model by substation,loadarea and voltagelevel,and we can generate changes in the network structure of the differences of the model.We can convert the graph of SCADA to SVG format,and provide services of GDA(Generic Data Access), HSDA(High Speed Data Access) TSDA(Time Series Data Access).Through the establishment of the model mapping tools,we can easily integrate the other applications based on the IEC 61970 standard.The topic will be divided into the following parts:the brief introduction of the design of the platform based on international standards and middleware technology,the general design of the power enterprise application integration platform and the implementation of the power system enterprise application integration platform.The power enterprise application integration platform based on CORBA technology and IEC 61970 CIM / CIS is playing an important role in the power system integration and sharing of information,and has broad application prospects.
