Corba And Web Services Technology-based Heterogeneous Data Source Integration And Application

The integration of the distributed inhomogeneous data source involves many software realms, uses the distributed component to establish a data access middle layer on the data source, let the integrated system have superior performance and expansibility.This paper combined the CORBA and the Web Services technology, encapsulated those distributed and inhomogeneous data sources into distributed data service components, builded the inhomogeneous database integrate framework, which implemented the transparent access to those distributed and inhomogeneous data sources. First, this paper introduced the CORBA and Web Services technology, analyzed their merits and flaws and the advantages of combining each other. Second, bring forward the model of the distributed data service component, discussed the distributed data service component's implement process of using CORBA and Web Services technology; Third, based on the distributed data service component, bring forward the inhomogeneous data source integration framework, and analyzed the organization structure of the integrated framework since Intranet and Internet layers; At last, described an example—specialist information database management system, which applies the distributed data service component and the inhomogeneous data source integrated framework to develop it.The distributed data service component and inhomogeneous data source integrated framework which based on the CORBA and Web Services technology have abundant application interfaces, and synthetically considered the integrated process both the intranet and the internet layers. It has reference value for development and realization of the inhomogeneous data source integration system.
