In order to improve the efficiency, quality and economic benefits of the process, process management has been paid more attention in the modern management, which refers to describe, maintain and optimize the process so as to provide the customers with products and service more quickly and respond to the market changes flexibly.Based on the requirement analysis, a process management system which can be supported by computer is constructed in this paper. Three major functional modules of the process management system including integrated modeling, process simulation and process execution are proposed. And integrated modeling describes the steps of the process, and the process simulation is the demonstration of the process diagnosis and the process design, while the process execution corresponds to the steps of the process execution and the maintenance.Integrated modeling is the basis of simulation and execution of the process. An integrated model which includes the process model, the organization model, the resource model, the time model and the transaction model is proposed. Meanwhile, the relationship among these models is analyzed and a graphical description of the process model based on activity network diagram is established.Process simulation is not only the simulation of a model, but also the basis of process optimization, so a simulation method based on the activity network diagrams is presented. According to the interval-based transaction model, the complete-based transaction model and the demand-based transaction model, the corresponding simulation algorithms are given out. At the same time, a simulation environment based on the activity network diagram is built. Several key issues in the simulation process, such as the conflicts of resource and route are dissussed and the linked list method is applied in this paper to realize the simulation.Process execution can make the process operated reliably and effectively. A framework of the process execution is put forward. And the collaborative relationship among various parts of the framework and the functions are fully analyzed.Finally, the process management system is developed, and some instances are presented. The technology of realizing the system is elaborated. And the explanations of the system when it is applied in the network environment are given out. |
