The core work of CSCW (Computer System Cooperation Work, CSCW) is to build information systems on supporting the cooperation of different the objectives, such as workflow management system, office automation systems, collaborative design systems, and cross-domain business process integration systems. Process engineering supporting enterprise dynamic simulation is that using systems engineering methods guide the development of business process and operation, including four stages of business process, like definition, simulation, optimization and operation. Process cooperation technologies play very important roles in the four stages. Thereinto, business process simulation is to operate an enterprise model case, which includes some means and tools to dynamically schedule activities, and cooperatively analyze to get the comprehensive estimate of business processes. Process simulation is one important stage before enterprise's implementation. Meanwhile, business processes simulation results are the basis of enterprises business process reengineering (BPR), and therefore are primarily focus in today's domestic and foreign researchers. The main contributions of the thesis are described as follows:First, the thesis introduces the basic concepts of process engineering and enterprise simulations, collaborative technologies, and the concepts of process semantic, as well as the relative tools such as PSL to describe process ontology.Second, collaborative communication model is proposed to establish a communication mechanism which is suitable for the distributed enterprise process simulation. In distributed process simulation, the distributed system environments and the varieties of data descriptive semantics that lead the difficult of system communication between the distributed subsystems, and subsystems comprehensive integration. So, we have designed a communications model supporting collaborative process of the distributed enterprise, which is used to build a data exchange mechanism based on SOAP and WSDL. Meanwhile, we emphatically discuss the request/response mechanism and release/appointment mechanism of the data exchange mechanism. Then we developed a primary platform to verify its communicative performance.Third, ontology model is a conceptualized specification system, which provides shared knowledge representation for certain domain is a conceptual specification system. Enterprise ontology model accurately describes all the concepts in enterprise business process and the relationship between these concepts, so using it we can get a more general and accurate comprehension of enterprise. In our study, we use process specification language (PSL) to describe the enterprise processes ontology model, and we have built the process simulation model on a shared knowledge representation to support more complicated enterprise process simulation.Fourth, the ontology mapping is one of the key ontology technologies. After introducing the basic ontology mapping theory, we discuss the problems of the existing ontology mapping algorithms. An improved algorithm for ontology mapping has been proposed according to the definitions of processes ontology. The proposed algorithm has the advances of several existing ontology mapping methods on matching speed and accuracy, and also considers the characteristics of the process ontology. At last, we have proposed the architecture of process simulation system based on the process cooperation technologies and designed and implemented a process simulation and analysis tool. As one key module of process engineering environment, it can be used for business process reengineering and business intelligent diagnosis. We also have designed a use case to describe the whole view of process diagnosis.
