| How to find great opportunities and potential laws are increasingly concerned by enterprise decision-makers through the development of decision analysis technology and the wide applications of enterprise information system. On-Line transaction processing (OLTP) which can give quickly responses haven't been satisfied by enterprise decision-makers now. They need a business intelligence system (BI) which can support complex operation, focus decision and analysis and give them easy-to-understand results. Warehouse and On-Line analysis processing (OLAP) technology play a crucial role on BI system, but the most important to enterprise decision-makers is data from BI reports.In this paper, the important part is according to specific needs of China Unicom's customer service department to build OLAP model use MSTR, then can get correct data reports to support leaders to analyze and make decision; give an example of customer complaints reports, to correct and analyze the result, then give some suggestions of products and service. The author gave deeply analysis to OLAP modeling technology, gave us a whole solution of telecommunications Business Intelligence System OLAP Modeling Programming; and practiced this programming then verified its correctness; the modeling process comply with the dimension modeling process, can be separated with the industry background, so the programming also can be applied to other industries. |
