Firstly, this thesis analyses traditional ERP, since it is taking daily operating type handling as purpose, though the business data of internal enterprise unceasing increases, but the efficiency that uses data does not get corresponding raising, people are hard to discover really valuable information in the massive data, therefore can not offer powerful favorable decision support for manager, it points out that the development direction of future ERP is information system with Business Intelligence.Then this thesis discusses the decision analysis for satisfying management, on the basis of database produces data environment that can satisfy the decision analysis -- Data Warehouse. In the ERP environment, establishes Business Intelligence system based on Data Warehouse, is to be the scheme of a kind of effective support decision. Data Warehouse has some important properties: facing theme, data integrating , data often changing, data being not easy to be lost, data assembling and supporting decision, therefore Data Warehouse is the basis of Business Intelligence system which is analyzing application system.Then through this thesis analyses for ERP system, because of the data used in ERP, it is faces business function to weave, make the data that describes same objective entity originally become not unified because of scattering in different business application; Secondly require ERP system to offer data handling service for each level people objectively, but it is the organization data on the level of general affairs after all, and stock recent data only, thus can not satisfy data demand of administrator of higher layer especially highest layer, it can not realize the support for decision well; Thirdly the different business handles in ERP have decided the data of organization and analysis enterprise is carried out from the same angle ,so, ERP data space is multidimensional and the handling of data in ERP is multidimensional. Therefore, in the ERP environment, requires using datawarehouse technology to establish multidimensional data structural system based on business layer, to support decision application of enterprise.After the above analyzing, this thesis puts forward Business Intelligence system configure based on Data Warehouse facing ERP environment, discusses how to put up a Business Intelligence system based on Data Warehouse, major content includes: the design of data subsystem, model subsystem and human-computer interaction subsystem .In the end, this thesis makes the development of Business Intelligence example based on ERP system of Kunming Yunnei power Ltd. Co, introduces a Business Intelligence example developed independently in detail, realizes'to browse multidimensional data of receipt money, payable money and sales system from client, can carry out multidimensional slice section, slice piece, rolling up, drilling for multidimensional data set, discusses how to use data warehouse technology to support decision detail and concretely.During the course of Business Intelligence example development, completed work has: Apply the Data Warehouse technology into ERP system, realizes a example of supplementary analysis and supplementary decision; Designs entire Business Intelligence example structure; Designs and realizes the Data Warehouse of receipt money, payable money and sales system, during designs configuration of Data Warehouse, according to demand for system from company's manager, distinguishes and designs fact tables and dimension degree tables, then draw data from existing database, implements data conversion, so, found Data Warehouse; Designs and realizes the data handling of OLAP layer; Establishes sales forecast model; Realizes to visit OLAP analysis model from client.
