It radically changes organization structure of information industry, development method of information product and appliance mode of information technology with fast development and popularity of network technique and especially intemet technique.Enterprise internal network intranet technique based on intemet is applied widely in information system construction of modem enterprise.But its requirement becomes higher to adaptive trait of appliance system and basic information construction technique with deep development of enterprise informatization process. High complication,dynamic and uncertainty are representative characteristics of current enterprise information system, the main representations are: (1)In the face of fierce market competition, enterprise management mode must be dynamically adjusted quickly in order to achieve the dynamic interfirm alliances; (2)In order to protect the enterprise information technology investment and to reduce product cost, information resources of enterprise legacy system must be reused; (3)In order to achieve e-commerce business applications, the information integration must be realized in the distributed heterogeneous network environment.The distributed object technology that appeared in the 90's provides a powerful solution for software development of network computing platform.CORBA is a typical one, CORBA is referred to common object request broker architecture by the object Management organization (object management group is called OMG for short)based on the definition of object management architecture(object management architecture is called to OMA for short), CORBA compared to specifications of the other two distributed object computing, application development faced by issues of the cross-platform, cross-language,inter-network protocols were solved, CORBA has brought a real sense of the Internet in distributed computing environment, when enterprise information systems is constructed, such characteristics of CORBA become the best choice in the distribution heterogeneous environments.Firstly, this paper analyzed core theory and the concept of distributed object computing technology of CORBA to study the application of CORBA distributed object technology in enterprise information system. Then, CORBA-based distributed environment modeling of EAM equipment management system, the division of CORBA object, the encapsulation of CORBA objects, and the registration of object implemented in the poa and idl mapping theories and methods, the development technologies and methods of client applications and server-side application, the correlation between operation of client applications and method of server-side applications are researched in the Enterprise asset management system. Finally, the system is tested.
