Distributed Architecture Based On Corba System Research

CORBA (The Common Object Request Broker Architecture) is a distributed and object oriented application structure criterion that OMG put forward by the end of the 1980s. It aims to solve problems such as interconnection among different hardware equipment and software system in Distributed Computing Environment (DCE), to strengthen operation of software among network, to resolve the deficiency in traditional DCE, to strengthen the operation ability among software systems, to make it possible to build a flexible distributed application system.Just on the basis of the development and maturity of object oriented technology, popularization and application of Client/Server software systematic mode with demand of integration for system, the maturity and development of CORBA technology have been promoted. As the core of communication of object oriented system, CORBA has really brought interconnection for network computing environment.The paper mainly introduces the basic principle of CORBA and overall frame, and service types that CORBA offers. It is divided into four chapters:The first chapter is brief introduction of CORBA and distributed object, which introduces the proposition, development and evolvement of CORBA technology and the system structure, basic characteristic and development trend of distributed object.The second chapter is CORBA system structure, which explains the characteristic of CORBA and main contents of CORBA system structure, andespecially analyses CORBA's core--ORB.The third chapter is the service types of CORBA, which introduces service that CORBA offers and realization of each kind of service.The fourth chapter is the instance of CORBA system, which regards Delphi as the software development tool, Oracle as database, and is on the basis of CORBAtechnology to achieve the multi-layer distributed application system.
