High-speed steel cutting tools has been wide applicated in the field of mechanical parts machining, using electrolysis to strengthen the way of electrolysis tool for strengthening the tool will greatly improve the performance and prolong service life. Electrolysis and strengthen the most critical equipment is provided by electrolysis power supply.By studying the principles and methods of electrolysis tool to strengthen, the use of high-frequency pulses of electrical signals on intensive processing tool, the need to be able to provide high-frequency pulses of energy supply to power.The purpose of this study is to design a simple circuit structure and low cost, high-speed steel cutting tools applied to strengthen the electrolysis of high-frequency pulse power, the solution to the current market electrochemical machining tool can be used to power the existence of large, bulky and can adjust output current Canton does not and can not meet a variety of models of high-speed steel cutting tools to strengthen electrolysis.The main research findings as follows:1.
