Vibration cutting as a new machining method, which has a lower cutting force, lower cutting temperature and improve surface quality and so on. The present study, the frequency of vibration cutting work mostly in the work of about 20KHz. In order to further improve processing efficiency, improve the surface roughness, In order to further improve the vibration frequency and amplitude, cutting force is reduced. Therefore, operating frequency and power supply is especially important, and the power performance of a direct impact on the vibration cutting process quality, design a high-performance and stable high-frequency power supply to meet production needs. Especially for vibration cutting trend to require dual-output, its frequency, phase, amplitude can be adjusted and so on. In this paper, the actual vibration cutting research needs, design, and developed a new type of high-frequency power supply, its basic features are:dual-output, spectral purity, job stability, frequency, phase, amplitude continuously adjustable operating frequency is 200kHz-1MHz.
