High repetition frequency pulse power technology is one of popular research areas in pulse power technology,an application of this technique is drive the induction swirl type accelerator.For this system,the repetition frequency pulse front steep degree will affect the acceleration of the particle beam;In addition,as the research moves along,The original pulse signal source is also hard to satisfy the requirements of system function expansion,and the Cross-clock domain communication problems can also affect the system reliability.This paper researches and discusses on the high repetition frequency bipolar pulse power system design,focus on the pulse signal source,high frequency pulse produce mechanism to carry out the research work.Pulse signal source design,in view of the traditional "MCU + FPGA" structure has complex structure and poor scalability,based on system on programmable chip(SOPC)designd "soft core CPU + on-chip bus," this structure of the pulse signal source,simplified the system structure.Because the CPU soft-core and peripherals worked in same clock domain,the system reliability was enhanced.Because the on-chip bus was used timing standard Wishbone bus interface,It ensured the universality of data interface,enhanced the function of the system scalability.For High repetition frequency pulse generating mechanism,on the basis of the single mode optical fiber isolation circuit,compensated the transport delay of the fiber optic transceivers in FPGA,solved the problem of driving signal pulse width distortion.The method of determine the high voltage dc power supply method with power capacitor insulation resistance was gived.Build the SPICE model of MOSFET drive power amplifier stage,through the model simulation circuit,illustrated the parasitic inductance to impact the stability of the drive circuit.System testing experiments showed that the pulse signal send drive signal to high frequency pulse produce mechanism,at the load end access got the high frequency pulse signal which met the performance requirements.
