| The low-light-level image intensifier which can detect two-dimensional weak light picture is the most important device of night-vision technology, it has a very wide range of applications. It must have a wide dynamic range for all-weather battle. The dynamic range and lifetime of image intensifier are not big enough. Because of the current image intensifiers are provided by the traditional DC power supply which have the automatic brightness control (ABC) function, and the realization of the ABC function at the expense of image intensifier quality for the price. Therefore, the goal of this paper is the adoption of low-light-level image intensifier of the working principle and its performance parameters of the understanding and design of new high-speed pulse-gated power.This article introduces the circuit design which based on programmable system-on-chip (PSoC) automatic gated power supply ,including the optical signal sampling feedback circuit, Pulse Width Modulation (PWM), high-speed electronic circuit switches, and so on. The use of PSoC Designer, P-Spice simulation for hardware debugging and real results are given. Finally, an analysis of the current design deficiencies, made some suggestions for improvement. |
