The New Steel 360m 2 Sintering Machine Control System Research And Design

The thesis analyzes the sintering process characteristics and the developing direction of the sintering control technology, introduces the main sintering process principle. According to the four main technological process of Xinsteel sintering plant 2×360 m² sintering machine, expatiates on the sintering ore-forming mechanism in detail.To the basic control system of Xinsteel sintering plant 2×360 m² sintering machine, the thesis carries out a detailed analysis. The electric control, instrumentation control, and the computer-controlled mode, three main areas are described, and analyze the core content.The thesis describes the Level₂ model control system of Xinsteel sintering plant 2×360 m² sintering machine. Separately on the hardware and software configuration, the function of system model and the application of technology are introduced; the principle architecture of system is analyzed; and discusses implementation idea of the main model in depth; and make a detailed study to software design of the system; the main indicators of production technology are compared and analyzed, using the data before Level₂ model control system put into operation with the data after.According to Xinsteel sintering plant 2×360 m² sintering machine, the thesis discusses the theory of sintering process modeling, includes model building, technology using, information pre-processing, model-line amendment, and model evaluation. The author designs a set of common rules of self-tuning fuzzy control algorithm, and designs the shop-class equipment integrated management information system for Xinsteel sintering plant.In the last chapter, the author summarizes the work done, the innovation and the inadequacy in the system, and looks forward to the development direction of the sintering control system.
