At present,domestic 3D printers are mainly concentrated on the desktop.Industrial-grade 3D printers generally rely on imported advanced equipment,but the price is relatively expensive.This article aims at domestic industrial-grade 3D printers have the disadvantages of slow printing speed,low printing accuracy,poor compatibility,etc.The research and development of industrial laser-based 3D printer industrial application-level control system based on ARM microcontrollers,this system has a fast print speed,print accuracy High,easy to operate,strong compatibility and other advantages.The use of PC+ control panels or electrical control cabinets as a hardware platform for the control system of selective laser sintering 3D printers at home and abroad has resulted in relatively high equipment costs and poor compatibility of control systems.This paper puts forward the PC as the upper computer and ARM as the lower computer's overall control scheme through the research and analysis of the domestic and foreign 3D printing technology.The main work of this paper is:First,this paper firstly studies the mechanical structure of selective laser sintering 3D printers,designs a set of mechanical structure solutions applied to the subject,and determines the hardware environment for the control scheme.Second,considering factors such as printing cost,version compatibility,and development cycle,along with constant optimization of RAM microcontroller processing speed and peripheral performance,based on the STM32 ARM control chip,the host of the selective laser sintering 3D printer control system The control circuit,stepper motor drive circuit,temperature control circuit,travel switch circuit,and serial communication circuit were designed.After the design was completed,it was repeatedly modified and the PCB control board was manufactured and welded.Thirdly,according to the hardware environment of the control system of this project,the software of the control program of the lower computer control board is programmed.This paper aims at the acceleration and deceleration control scheme of the stepping motor,the linear interpolation motion algorithm,the serial communication method of the lower machine and the display module and the upper position.The serial port communication module of the machine is written,and the two-way real-time communication between the upper computer and the lower computer achieves real-time monitoring of print data transmission and printing status.
