The lead-zinc sintering is a complex technological process, and theblend moisture of the granulating craft is the important basis to operatethe sintering machine. Therefore, the research to the moisture control ofthe granulating craft of the sintering process is nowadays one of interestquestions to many sintering works, beforetime there is not much researcheither inland or overseas. The purpose of this article is to make themoisture value of the control system remain in the expected scopethrough optimizing the control strategy and the improvement of thesystem control precision.According to the characteristic of the granulating craft and thecontrol principle of the systems, the moisture control model is establishedin this thesis. Aimed to the property of inertia, large time-delay andtime-varying of humidity control of making qranule in sintering plant, theplan of automorphism fuzzy-PID control based on combined smithpredictor was used. This system uses the programmable controller (PLC)to take the core control, and the software and hardware design of thecontrol system is demonstrated. The emphases of the topic are theresearch on main controller. Comparing the result of PID-Smith control,fuzzy-PID control and automorphism fuzzy-PID control, this topic getsthe conclusion that the automorphism fuzzy-PID control is applicable forthe system.The configuration and design of the control system is carried onaccording to the characteristic of the granulating craft and taking thedesign reliability, the technical nature and usability into the fullconsideration, the moisture control system of the lead-zinc sintering isdesigned by developing the computer two-stage structure, which is madeup of the industry control computer and Simens S7-300 PLC. And thestrategy has carried on the simulation with the S7-PLCSIM software. Thesimulation result has proved this design effective and correct.
